An Old Man's Revenge is a quest given by merchants. The player need to kill Captain Buffbeard and bring back his ring to the merchant.

Hello Traveler! You look like someone who could handle yourself in a fight. I wonder if you'd be interested in hunting down and killing an old foe of mine? His name is Buffbeard. Along time ago we went into business together, and agreed to share the loot we obtained in our travels. However, one night Buffbeard betrayed me and stole my share of the treasure. He even stole my ring! I'm fairly sure he still wears it. Bring me my ring as proof of his death and I will reward you with this old cloak of mine. It is especially well made, and will help you out if you are the stealthy type.
Walkthrough []
The player first need to find Captain Buffbeard. He can be found on Battlemaster Settlement islands, near pirate villages. If the captain is not on the island or it is another captain, the player can try to sail far away and come back to spawn Buffbeard (or go to another battlemaster settlement).
Once you found him, be prepared for a difficult fight. Buffbeard is the toughest of the 4 pirate captain bosses. When Buffbeard is dead, you can find the Old Worn Ring on his body. Return it to the merchant to complete the quest.
