The Composer is a common NPC in Salt found in every Inn. He offers the player musical instruments if he help him with various tasks. As with other friendly human NPCs, he is immune to all forms of damage.

Instruments
During the Composer's quest line, the player will acquire various instruments, each giving a different buff and playing a short melody when activated. These buffs cannot be stacked with other instruments, i.e. playing the Composer's Lute, followed by the Composer's Drum will cancel out the Lute's buff in exchange for the buff given by the Drum.
