Beacon seen up close

Beacons are collideable, rotating objects at sea that emits a bright flashing light which can be seen from long distances. They also make a low machine-like humming sound. Beacons are seen close to Uninhabited- or Ancient Islands to indicate that there is an Innkeeper there.

Beacons are indestructable and therefore do not take any damage.

Trivia

• Besides that Beacons indicate the location of an Innkeeper it can also be used to confirm the location of Uninhabited Islands and Ancient Islands, since the Innkeeper never appear on islands that have Pirate Camps or Pirate Townships.
