The Sooner is a unique ship customization item acquired by completing the first task of the Sea Treasure Hunter. It allows the player to search for Sea Treasure Caches and Large Sea Treasure Caches hidden underneath the beams of light scattered across the seas. It is quite useful when the beam of light indicating a treasure disapear. When interacted with, it will emit a first sound, then a second one. The more the sounds are close to each other, the closer the treasure is.
If lost, another sooner can be picked up from the Sea Treasure Hunter. This can also be used to gather multiple Sooners for the same ship.
